For most of my running career, I’ve coached myself, but I’ve also experienced the huge difference that having a dedicated coach can make – especially when life gets busy. A coach offers accountability and a structured plan, taking away the uncertainty and doubt about your training.
I’ve coached runners across a wide range of distances – from half marathons to 100 miles – and I love designing training schedules that fit YOUR lifestyle, while pushing you toward your specific goals.

Weekly Price: NZ$65
All training plans are uploaded to Final Surge showing you exactly what's involved in each training session. You can view your program on a computer or mobile device. Once completed, you can comment on the session to give me feedback about how it went.
